For my -spd +res young summer tiki, should I give her sword breaker or qr3? I’m running her in a dragon emblem team and giving her DC.

I think Quick Riposte is the go-to B skill for speed-bane Tiki.

QR is better with her bane, swordbreaker will work better with Nowi or Corrin.
