B skill Woes

First off... there is no reason to run desperation over Dazzling right?
2nd, should I run a chill skill instead, either spd or res or atk?
I'm on the fence, cause I want her to be offensive, and after 1 hit she would likely be in both desperation and Brazen range... but on the same note dazzling negates all damage anyways
Thoughts? She is -Hp+Res
