B skill for Jaffar?

I have refined my Jaffar deathly dagger, but I really don't know what to give him in the B slot. He had desperation before, but now I feel that this is not that good anymore since mages won't counter annyway. I was considering cancel affinity. but then again, mages can't counter so I don't have to bother with this. Poison stike is meh, he dosen't need a breaker skills with 38 speed. I was also considering windsweep for distant counter weapon, but I won't be able to one round k.o. anymore. Suggestions? He is atk+,hp- btw.

If none of those convince you, then I don't know what to say, you basically eliminated every effective possibility I would personally consider.

The only thing that comes to mind might be Guard so that you don't charge the target's special.

That could be a nice idea. Tbh, all the skills I have mentionned could be good, they just don't synergise very well with his weapon. For the moment he is fine with desperation, but if I could find something better. Wrath could be very, very good.

Sorry if I’m mistaken, but isn’t Wrath only inheritable on Melee units?

How do Poison Strike and Windsweep not synergize very well with his weapon?

If I put windsweep, he won't be able to one round ko most of the mages because he won't be able to double them. Poison strike is just not necessary in my opinion.

I gave my Jaffar swordbreaker. 38 Speed is not enough to double quite a few units, especially some of the fast sword users like Ayra, Lucina, Ryoma, and Elincia.
