Azura with +HP and -SPD build?

I guess you could turn her into a HP based support. With 40 HP, she can be a pretty reliable user of Panic Ploy and Infantry Pulse. Go for this:

Sapphire Lance+
Sing
Moonbow
A: HP +5
B: Renewal 3
C: Infantry Pulse 3
SS: Panic Ploy 3

It doesn't really matter what IVs or build they have. They are not ment for combat thanks to their stats and well... dance. -spd is not a big deal. Usually dancers want to use Wings of mercy but yours could benefit a lot from swordbreaker because of those IVs. She is still super good.

btw DON'T give her HP based skills (sorry mr.Reinhardt man). Her HP is still waaaaaay too low to work with Panic ploy or Infantry pulse. Most of the cast is not even affected by those even more so than before thanks to refined weapons that give even more base HP to the user.
