No, the other one is blue, so she makes a good blue support unit.

PA Azura is better because of her legendary axe, though, and how she already comes with TA3.

I wouldn't try to get a normal Azura if you don't need one, or if you already have other blue dancers.

No dancer is redundant, I have 7 and they all see there usage when needed in arena assault and difficult GHB/BHB quests.

PAAzura is better, if she was a blue lance she would be 100% powercreep. But since they're different colors, normal azura can work better in team comps where you need a blue unit to take care of reds.

*I have both and only use normal Azura when I have more than 1 other green on my team.

AA makes nothing redundant.

It’s why I use multiple bowbreaker units for Brave Lyn counters and multiple units are now Reinhardt counters.

Like most everyone else here has said, dancers are always useful. If you have the orbs or money, go ahead. If little else it will add a 5* conversation for you, and those are nice. I would also like you to note that ( to my knowledge ) normal Azura hasn't been seen for a long time as a focus unit.

I had both PA! and NY! Azuras, and still went for the blue one.
Made my day to get her with +spd/-hp in ~40 orbs.

Go for it! You can never have enough dancers. They really help in AA and all PVE content.
