Wait for the banner trailer tonight, if any of those units interest you, then fodder for swift sparrow for one of them, if they don't interest you, then summon for another, -Atk is kinda bad on Ayra.
Ayra relies on her special to deal damage so atk bane is not as bad as spd bane ( my Ayra is -spd + res, but still good enough, even with that iv spread) you can just give her hone or spur or seal to patch up atk bane.
