Ayra. Again.

So, I have a pefect IV Ayra (+spd -res), whom I have ran with swift sparrow and desperation, but I have gotten quite lucky during the december's banners and have gotten a second Hector and two additional Nephenees, (one of whom I fed off to my +atk -def Lyn).
Thus, I have the possibility to build my beautiful Ayra with a Dc+Wrath build, but I am still a bit unsure. Your thoughts? :)

I was intrigued by that too, but in hindsight I've now used Ayra to wipe through Chain Challenges with Regnal Astras every turn, so she's more of a PvE unit for me than PvP. I feel that makes her so good (especially with three WoM dancers) so I'd stick with what you've got.

My honest opinion, and my Ayra is unmerged at -Spd.

You have the opportunity to make the ultimate sword unit in the game. If you are fine with killing 2 5*s then definitely go for it. She is the best at what she does and is definitely worth the investment.

for god s sake, why threaten spd? it only works during your turn!
the same turn you use your swift sparrow, so, you will have 45 spd every turn of your s.

threaten def cannot be more... challeging against blues? well, put hp during desesperation effect, many blues dies to her.
DC with wrath?...
means you should run distant def. If not, you will not be blocking any blue mage... the point it that you cannot be doubled by anything, so, doesnt matter if a blue mage atks you.

The problem is... she will be compared to ike and ryoma, Kamikazes of turn 3, where with low hp, due to enemy s turn at turn 2, doesnt matter if they survive only, they will do all or nothing next turn...
her grade will fall from S to A doing this skill build. Desesperation is sword sweep eff

Hard to worry about enemy units when you one shot them with Regnal astra. Also Ike and Ryoma are outclassed as ranged counters when compared to DC Ayra. There are reasons why she is rated way higher than most other swords.

Speed +3 on S instead Phantom speed +3, and do ally and summoner ally to her. If you do all of it she is able to take 54 atk and 50 speed, so its a monster. I have one +HP/-Res and have 55 atk and 46 speed with atk and speed neutral.

Gonna throw this out there and say she’s massively overrated as a distant counter user. I use her and she’s great but with 18 res she’s not going to take a Reinhardt to the face ?
For me she’s very much a player phase unit, using her defensively just isn’t her strongest play style, and I’ve never struggled against an Ayra in arena. In fact, I’m usually happy to see her.
