Both are good IVs honestly. +Attack -Defense would be 100% offense while +Defense -Resistance would give her decent tanking abilities while also being​ offensive. The Ayra you don't use should either be merged (Ayra is probably one of the better merged swords due to Legendary weapon, high BST, and Exclusive Special), or be foddered off for Swift Sparrow if you don't have any spare Katarina or B!Lyn around.
