I could maybe understand one seal attack so Sothe’s enemies get a -7 debuff rather than -4, but 2 seal attack? I don’t call that a meme, I just call that plain stupid.

The -4 across the board would stay for the other stats affected, but the highest value (most positive or negative) will stick. So a unit that lives through combat with Sothe attacking would get -7/-4/-4/-4 atk/spd/def/res as it sits. Others around that unit in the affected area would still only have -4 across the board.

So for a unit he attacks, the seal atk 3 B skill provides a small improvement as long as they live. The seal on top of it is just stupid.
