Average pity rate when 5 star appears?

I became curious when this came to mind now that I have a 4.25% focus pity rate on the Spring banner. If I had to guess, the 4% range is usually when a 5 star shows up (focus or otherwise) as that's what mostly happens from my experience.

Most of 5 stars have come from banners on 5%, 6%, or 10%, or free summon.

Conclusion:
Its random, your chance increases, yes, but that's just it, a chance.

Your chances increase by 1/200 every time so pity rates don't really matter

Mine mostly come either when I have no pity rate at all (so they can't really count as pity breakers ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) or when I'm at like 4.25% on a regular banner and some shitty garbage awful 5* shows up

It's too different to really tell. I had some 5star free summons and generally 5stars with a 3% rate, but I also already had above 6% for a focus unit. This time in the spring banner I got up to 5,5% before pulling a 5star.
