Attack Ploy; Who is it Good For?

I pulled a Summer Leo and got a -Attk, +Res.

Leo was the one I wanted the least, so of course, the game gives him to me with a really terrible bane. I have no intention of using him and will probably just ditch him entirely.

The only units who are available to me that could use this (to their advantage) is Lloyd, Olwen, Liliina, Delthea, and Azura.

:/ Anyone got a suggestion?
