+Attack P! Olivia or +Res?

I've just pulled a second P! Olivia when fishing for Kleins. Should I merge her with since she is+Atk -HP, oooor keep my +Res -Def one as the base. Or not merge at all?

Wait, fishing for Klein? You have like a 2%chance to pull him as 4star and less than .5% chance to pull him as a 5star... is it really worth it to do that on a banner for which you already have the focus hero of that color?
