Any use for that kind of Ryoma? Unfortunately he doesn’t have any good Skills to inherit, so can’t even fodder him off.

I've got the same IVs. Just build him with your standard Fury Vantage, maybe slap a Spd + 3 seal on him. He fights quite well for me. Still haven't decided on a special for him. For now it's just Luna.
