Atk/Def Bond fodder

I pulled a Fjorm and I've already got +Atk -Res so her bond skill is going. I saw it recommended for Minerva who I have with +Def -Res and use as bait with Vantage and QR seal and I think she can make great use of it but is there anyone else who needs it more? I also have a new Summer Tiki so would Close Defence be better than the bond for Mini?

The star users of Atk/Def Bond would probably be dragons like A!Tiki, Myrrh, Grima or Nowi. Generally you'll want it on enemy phase units due to the positioning requirements of bond skills, so many units with DC would likely be good alternatives. That said, Minerva will do excellent as a brawler, should you give her skill, though her otherwise middling speed should be circumvented somehow e.g. team buffs.
