-atk Spring Corrin

I just pulled a +HP -atk summer Corrin, and I was going to put her on a flier team with blarblade+. Is this a worthwhile investment, given her IVs, and if so, how should I build my Flier Emblem team to support her. Btw I don't have access to Hone Fliers.

I would just hold off for another Corrin since -atk could really hurt her performance and there's still a lot of time left on the banner. Keep her as is for now with Sealife Tome.

Between flier buffs and a blade tome she will still have more than enough firepower to nuke most of the roster. The only stat that really would hinder her with a blade tome is -SPD. It's not optimal but it is still very functional.
