+Atk -Spd SY!Tiki build?

I managed to pull a summer young and I totally love her. Can you help me a find a build fit for her boon and bane? The only skill I can't give her is DC. Other than that is good. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Forgot to mention I mostly use her on a flyer emblem team. together with Cherche, Shigure, and Bownoka. (Caeda and Spring Kagero are other units I could try to fit into that team)

Answers

You can make her enemy phase with QR. You don't need DC for her to be effective. She can still bait melee units and will be guaranteed a double. The atk boon allows her to run sustains like sol if you're worried about getting knocked out of QR range. In a flier emblem, she should have no problems stacking atk/spd so heavy blade seal can work for her too then you can afford to run bigger sustain with aether.

Just like how Ghoulvarine stated, she's best off as an enemy phases unit, I wouldn't put Heavy Blade as the SS since most of the time she won't be initiating combat, maybe Flier formation or +2 Atk/Def?
