+atk -spd NY Takumi

So I just broke my 10.50% on the legendary banner and got a NY Takumi

Was pretty happy when I saw +atk but then I realized he was -spd so I've been thinking about what build to give him
I thought this might be good:

Kagami Mochi (+res)
Draw back
Moonbow
Atk/Res bond
Qr 2
Something
Distant def 3 seal

An enemy face build

Or should I speed upgrade his dagger , slap on darting blow and call it a day?

Any other ideas?

I think that's a perfect build for his IV! You could also consider running Glacies since it would proc on his second Quick Riposte hit if the enemy initiates and doubles.

Top-tier mages are so fast anyway, that even with Darting Blow and a speed refine, I'm not sure that he'd prove to be very effective. Also I'd consider waiting to see if Legault's dagger from this new banner could be useful on NY!Takumi. It seems like it would synergize well with his offensive spread, so it could be an option especially if Legault's stat spread is underwhelming.

His skills are still pretty good for other units, especially for ep units like dragons that can use bond skills relatively effectively. Kagami Mochi is still great for a good dagger user.

If you're set on using him though, that seems like a solid option. Perhaps replacing qr with a tomebreaker skill would help, given the prevalence of extremely fast mages.
