+Atk -Spd Lucina(Normal)

I wanna do a desperation threaten speed Lucina and was wondering can it still be viable ig so Life and Death or Fury?

Probably LnD since - spd Lucina is way too slow to double many units and since she is +atk, with LnD she will have superior attack and 38 spd which is respectable apply a +spd seal on her and she'll be able double

Agreed with above, you'll need LnD 3 to score more doubles with that IV.

I'd like to add that Darting Blow is also a good (and budget-friendly) option, since you have +Atk.
