Well lucky pull and odd IV. Still believe that's quite good IV and I can try to patch that speed. On the other hand.. atk/spd solo fodder for like 80%of the heroes I like. Still rather use her, shouldn't I? I feel like even if it's a powerful skill in 2 months there might be always an alternative due to powercreep.
You could always just try her out for now, and not fodder any rare skills to her.
So that when you either get a better one or have to perfect character to give it to, you can fodder her off.
I would wait with foddering at least until 3.0 (Likely the end of this month/start of december)
I think you have one of the best IVs. For me it's +atk or +def, and spd is acceptable as a dump stat because with solo and hone cavalry it's just excessive. Like, let's say we support with hone cavalry so she has 48 spd and 46 atk without a weapon. I would be tempted to go slaying edge+def, brace, heavy blade, and sol which basically produces repeated one-round aether with 60atk behind it. Or if keeping both prf and brace, maybe aether and atk smoke/close def, try to take two hits and OHKO someone with the aether to gain a lot of HP because aether + brace hits for the full value of their def so if they don't have 65HP it's OHKO.
