+atk -spd karla? what to fodder for

okay, i already have a karla, so dont worry about the IV. (sorry)

Its either wrath or even spd wave, and im not sure what to do.

Raven +10 (with DC wrath) would want even spd wave, but thats a little bit of a waste, but i dont know what to do with the extra wrath.
