+atk/-spd Innes

Pity-breaker while trying to get Eir, Ophelia, and Owain. I thought he might be +res and not -atk or -spd but nope, not that lucky.

How can I make the most out of him? He doesn't have much for fodder, but -spd is a real bummer :(

It obviously depents on what you'll want to give him.
I'm gonna assume you have the dew but not top tier fodder.

You can go for a mage bait first, and just use his refine effect whenever you need to chip down someone.
The C slot is flexible

If you happen to get special spiral then this is an option.

He still has the stats to bait mages when he needs to, but his main job is going to be blasting single big attacks, using his weapon to freely attack mages and dragons.
Adviced to run with a dancer and repositional units.
The moonbow is needed to ensure specials every time after the first.

Yeah I definitely don't have top tier fodder sadly (part of why I'm summoning on this banner for things like special spiral and wrath) so the first option here is a bit more doable.
