+Atk/-Spd H!Nowi

Should I keep her and build her with Brash Assault/Desperation/Fury, or should I fodder her Atk/Res Bond to someone like Sanaki?

fodder is a nice idea if u have another H!nowi. but currently the only red flier mage in game and atk+ is nice. just slap her on a flier emblem and blade tome will give her offensive side a push

Don't Fodder. I have the exact same IV on my H!Nowi and with Darting Blow and Flier Buffs she will have enough speed to double most of the time.
Oh and massive damage with a Rauðrblade+ :3
