+atk -spd Grima, which is a better special?

Which is a better special in the long run, Dragon Fang or his base Ignis? With +atk and one merge he hits 61 atk, Dragon Fang he hits 30 extra damage, meanwhile Ignis with 35 def is 28 ish. Though I read somewhere that color advantage influences Dragon Fangs power? Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

First off you lucky bastard for getting perfect IVs. And secondly I probably wouldn’t use a 4 charge skill for robin unless you’re using steady/warding breath and vengeful fighter. Although dragon fang does provide more damage and yes it is affected by triangle advantage.

Why not a 4 turn? I'm mostly gonna use him to bait and he's slow enough to be doubled by almost everyone and their mother, so he can proc a 4 turn special on retaliation.

I know this isn’t what you originally had in mind, but might I suggest using one of the 1.5x area damage specials (e.g. blazing thunder)? There are a few pros and cons for this.
Pros:
Higher arena score (by a bit)
With vengeful fighter, he’s guaranteed to be charged in one round of combat.
He has such high attack that most people will melt even without a special if he fights on enemy phase.
Never waste your special on an enemy with 5 hp on the second attack, since it only activates on initiation.
Provides him with a VERY consistent way to nuke down almost any unit during the player phase. (I have blazing thunder on my Nowi, and pretty much the only units she can’t kill in one hit are boosted stat green tempest trial enemies). It even “bypasses” the increasingly common weary fighter builds.
Occasionally, you’ll catch more than one unit in the blast, making things easier to clean up.
Cons:
He will miss out on some enemy phase ORKOs against some tanky off color/defense tile units.
His one movement will reduce his opportunities for player phase initiations (offset by any number of utility skills).
Area specials can be skrewed up by vantage.
Vengeful fighter’s extra cool down charge is somewhat wasted, since it’s fully charged after the 2nd received hit.
