+ATK, -SPD Grima (F) viable?

Is she viable? And any suggestions for a build? I currently have her optimal build; (is this build ok?)

Weapon: Expiration
Support: Reposition
Special: Bonfire (Moonbow maybe?)
A Slot: Dragon Skin
B Slot: Quick Riposte 3
C Slot: Res Smoke 3
S Slot: Distant Defense 3 (Varies)

Yeah that IV set is completely okay I have the same IV's at the moment. But my Grima has different build.

Weapon: Expiration
Support: Reposition
Special: Sol or Aether, but I like sol more because it is 3 turn charge
A Slot: Dragon Skin
B Slot: Vantage 3
C Slot: Res Smoke 3
S Slot: Speed 3

Definitely viable, Moonbow/Glimmer/Noontime might be better. She would work as a enemy phase unit most of the time though.

That's pretty much Colorless flying enemy phase Nowi. It's good as long as she didn't take too much damage / you bring a healer with her.
