For W!Tharja, Owl>Raven>default tome, in my opinion.

Raven if you have no B!Lyn check, Owl will usually give you a massive +6 in every stat...

Glacies, distant def 3 sacred seal, and maybe switching her weapon to owl or raven tome. The fact that Vengeful Fighter allows Glacies to proc almost every battle (unless her opponent is so slow they don't double her) means she can depend heavily on that res to do damage for her. Thus, attack doesn't matter as much. At least your Tharja is a great magic bait unit with some potential against Brave Lyn, swords, and axes too. Still very workable. Especially with armor emblem buffs from allies.
