-atk -res Ryoma and Mia?

mia can make decent work of that iv (and is good fodder) but im not sure about ryoma.

Do you mean -atk +res?

My Mia is -spd +res. I gave her Fury and Def Ploy. With Fury, she becomes sort of a mixed tank at 31 def/ 32 res, and the lowered offensive stat is fixed. I use Def Ploy to specifically target melee units as they typically have lower resistance (especially the new min-maxed units).

Or... you could just fodder her for flashing blade.
