Atk-/Res+ Ophelia

Hello there again! Ok so today I pulled an Atk-/Res+ Ophelia, and I don’t really want to use her... but I don’t know which skill to use for inheritance!
Should I use her chill Res or rally up Atk+? Or is it really ok to use her?

Chill Res is an amazing skill to fodder to someone like Reinhardt or a mage that has OHKO potential. Rally skills aren't really used outside arena so it's less likely you'll use those only if you're into rally assists that is.
