He's cookie cutter enemy phase melee, give him his legendary with refine (its slaying edge+ + wodao+) and then whatever slot A you can afford, his defenses arent too hot as is, so LaD or Fury or SS are all good options, just depends on your fodder, and then something like desperation flex C skill with luna or draconic aura and fodder assist either reposition or draw back. He's good for the in game content, and arena assault niches, but not too hot for f2p since merges are scarce and pity breakers lol
