-Atk +Res Ishtar

Yep. I got her under 50 orbs (Along side a -HP +Atk Lene) and her IVs don't really help her out. 45 Atk is not utterly bad, but i really feel like i've been hit by a very hard Karma (she was my free summon). Do you guys have any idea on how to patch up her bane or should i just consider foddering her off for either Swift Sparrow or Odd Atk Wave?

Well, Swift sparrow and atk wave make her 45 atk into 55 atk, which is pretty good. If you still feel that it's not enough, then just give her an atk seal.

You could use res ploy seal on her to boost her fighting power.
She's still amazing even with -atk though. Not optimal, but I wouldn't fodder away your only Ishtar.
