Why Desperation? She only hits 39 speed if you abandon her res and run LnD, or 37 with Fury. That's not fast enough to reliably double the current meta.

My plan is to give her LaD 3 and team up elise with hone speed 3 then should be around 42 speed, and dat should double most units until better boon correct? with LaD on the table should i use Iceberg ou wait 4*FCorrin to feed Drac Aura?

42 won't double most Linde, Spring Lucina, or Olwen under Cavalry buffs. It's also not enough for doubling most speedy red sword users like Lucina. It's why Delthea is a good candidate for Blue Tomebreaker, as she has a great skillset for dueling blue mages if she can just neutralize the speed issue.

Thank you all for yours opinions i see now the best for her, just need a rerun of GhB Frobin then, will use her to support my meele units while killing off some mage.

Yeah, I'm afraid that desperation was quite a waste. You would have done better if you gave her lance or b.tome breaker. Alternatively you could just put Wings of mercy on her, to make her into a warping finisher/buffer.
