-ATK, +RES Azura

Topic. I just want to know if she can be salvaged, because this is my first Azura, and honestly, she's an absolutely waifu material. I am willing to sacrifice her son to her if need be, because I'm way too invested in Cordelia anyway. But if the investment is too high, I guess she'll just sit there looking pretty in my base or something.

Harmonic Lance, Moonbow, Triangle Adept, and Swordbreaker will let her smack around sword units and tank other red units. Her dancer BST combined with 31 points of resistance makes it very hard for her to fight blues, so I wouldn't bother trying. For the C slot and seal you can run any sort of buffs.

The Thing about Dancers/Singers is the fact that I.Vs are just as not as important to them as normal units are. They're supposed to be support units that refresh people and they're really only needed to attack unless you have to do a Weapons Triangle or is the only unit left in your team. A way for you to build a +Res Azura is to build her like a complete support unit like giving hone/spurs/drive buffs to the units near her. You could give her harmonic lance if so she can attack with her special can have an additional +10 damage and if you are doing this or not I recommend giving her a low cooldown special like moonbow or maybe a Res Special like Iceberg for more damage and her a skill could be Fury so her bulk could be more or triangle adept for more damage to reds. B skill could be wings of mercy so she can teleport to someone easier and sing for them. C skill and S Seals could be like Drive/DualSpurs/Hone skills.

I like the harmonic lance build and might do it myself. Even more as I got a 2nd Azura with +def-Hp instead of -Atk+Res.
But I would strongly disagree with you. Sure dancers are support units. And they should not attack. I'm fine with those assumptions. The thing is that you can abuse enemy phase builds with the right dancer or niche. This is why I like Lene so much. Even with -def+HP I gave her Fury & CD3 and she really kicks a** for a dancer. Player phase -> position correctly while dancing, enemy phase she tanks red and greens.
Sadly she competes with way too many red and especially sword units.

You can definitely still use her though it might take a bit more investment.
First of all, you can give her a full support build, with either wings of mercy or a skill that boosts the danced unit's stats. In that case fury is her best A skill, since it enhances her survivability in one round of combat the most. The B skill is a choice between Wings of Mercy or Firestorm Dance/ Gale Dance/ Blaze dance. As a seal I would recommend Earth dance since it allows her to boost (another) one of the target's stats. The C skill is a matter of preference, but it may be a way to boost the last of the target's stat you didn't boost with the dance skill(s).

Secondly. You can choose for a Harmonic Lance or Slaying Lance build. One grants quicker access to specials, the other gives stronger specials.

If you choose one of the last two options you can refine the lance to fix her atk stat a little, or to give her a higher speed stat to avoid getting doubled, or you can boost her res to make her a stronger magic tank.

As an A skill you can choose between a variety of options. First of all you can run Fury to just boost all her stats. Secondly you can run Warding breathbreath, which enables her to tank dragons and fire a +10 dmg Moonbow or Luna in retaliation. This is better with Harmonic Lance, unless the opponent's def > 50, which basically never happens. However, with the Slaying Lance you may also choose to let her get doubled and then retaliate with an Aether when using Warding Breath. Finally, you can use Distant Counter to let her duel mages, but she might need a bit more res to do this effectively, so a +res refine is best in this case. The lower atk due to not being able to have a +atk refine is not a very big problem, since mages generally have lower def.

For a B skill you can choose for Wings of Mercy or a dance skill as a more support option (see the full support option for more explanation) for a more combat focused option you can choose for quick riposte, vantage or wrath.

As a C skill you may choose whatever suits your team best.

For a seal you may choose between quick riposte (if not chosen as a B skill), close/distant defense, for more defensive power against dragons or mages.

Tl;dr :
3 options
1. Full support
2. Harmonic Lance build: stronger specials
3. Slaying Lance build: more/quicker specials
All of them may work as dragon and/or mage counters (2 and 3 better than 1)
