For Wrath, I think my A!F!Corrin, my Lukas (he still doesn't have a B slot after I've had him for so long), my Eirika, or my Masked Marth (Looking to merge to +10) can use it well.

Yo people put way too much value on IVs. My -Atk Owain still absolutely slays everything. Just put Aether/Flashing Blade on him.

If you’re dead set on throwing him away, my Wrath vote would be for Lukas.
