+Atk or +Spd VA Lilina?

I have residual Lilinas from the Love Abounds event; one of which is +Atk/-Def and the other is +Spd/-Res. Both are great IVs, but I need to merge one into the other to clear up some space and don’t need them for fodder. Which performs better with a Gronnblade+ build with cav support?
