+ atk or +spd nino?

She'll get tons of Atk through Gronnblade, and the Spd helps secure more KOs.

This applies for most units with Spd in the mid-30s or higher. Being able to double and/or not getting doubled is almost always going to be better than an extra 3 Atk. The only exception would be users of brave weapons.
