+atk or +spd fae

I'm +8 on my Fae and she's +atk/-hp. Pulled a +spd/-hp, should I switch ivs? Currently running the defense refine but idk if I want to swap it for the speed refine since I use her as a tank

31 speed with a boon is, well, okay, and overall, she'll be at 35 in the end, but... in this instance, Fae relies on buffers to reach high enough speeds. She would reach the high 30's at best, but she could easily remedy her speed and focus on her baiting potential moreso with +Attk, which I think is more worth it with Fae.

Mine is +Def/-HP and her HP is easily fixed with with Refinery anyway.
