+Atk or +Spd Ephraim?

Ephraim ruined my pity rate so im bitter but now I have 2 so should I go with +atk -res or +spd -hp?

+Atk -Res is better imo.

+atk -res
spd boon doesnt help in anything gets doubled anyways... and you need hp to survive
