-Atk Nephenee?

I pulled a free Neph, but her IVs are +Def -Atk Should i still build her for her refine? Or should i just fodder her off? -Atk is pretty big for her but idk if being +def somewhat negates that?

I have this exact IV as well and have been using her rather successfully for quite a long time. Neph's dmg potential comes from special procs (with wrath) anyway and more defense makes her stay in fight considerably longer.
You should build her up. You don't really have to give her any insanely expensive skills. Even her special refine works well, if you go with bonfire as her special, because once wrath is active, bonfire becomes a 1 turn special, which means that baiting a hit during enemy phase is your best bet, because you can blast off bonfire right (30+ raw damage) upon retaliation.

youd have to lean on her special when not engaging armors or reds, the bane is real unfortunate but her defense can make ignis and bonfire ridiculously good

Fodder her.
Wrath 3 is a great skill on so many units : Mia, L-Ike, Ayra, Hector (LA)...
Keep this skill for some new brave unit.

Nephenee is a good unit. But -atk hurts her a lot
