-ATK Nephenee

It's definitely not as harmful as -SPD, but I'm not sure if it's worth investing. I'm also thinking that the bane might not matter a whole lot since her Moonbow/Wrath combo can certainly make up for it, but I still want someone else's opinion.

There are too many other Heroes who can make great use of Wrath to run a -ATK Nephenee, in my opinion. I would strongly consider inheritance.

That's fine. What candidates do you have in mind?

I think ordinary Lyn is one of the best options - her legendary weapon has Desperation built in so she can safely double at low HP while running Wrath and the bonus damage helps patch up her low attack.

Aside from that, since there are no inheritance restrictions, it would be great on any ranged nuke with high SPD and ATK but low HP - like Nino, Linde, Celica, etc. They don't have to take damage, they can use Ardent Sacrifice or Reciprocal Aid to get below 75% health.

This would also be great on a high speed Firesweep user with mobility supports.
