+Atk/-Hp vs neutral Legedary Hector

Edit: changed the Atk and Hp values to their correct values for the IV (was looking at wrong configuration in the IV calculator, https://fireemblem.gamepress.gg/fire-emblem-heroes-iv-calculator)

Heya guys! So, I got weirdly lucky and got TWO Legendary Hectors on the same pull (I've also pulled a Legendary Ike on this banner, so a pretty good time being had here by me). My Hectors are a +Atk/-Hp and a neutral.

So of course, I now have some decisions to make...
1) Is the +Atk/-Hp better in the long run then the neutral? (i.e. is the extra 4 strength (60 instead of 56) worth it for the 3hp cut (44 instead of 47))
2) Should I merge one into the other, or should I save one for Distant Counter inheritance? I don't have anyone in particular in mind off the top of my head, but I could probably find someone in the stable who it would be particularly good on or just wait to summon on later...
Thanks for any replies!

This is not how banes and boons work. Remove all of their skills and look again. He has a superboon in Atk which means his Atk will be 4 points higher and his HP will be 3 points lower. I don´t know where you got the +5 and -8(!). But the +Atk one is better. So use that one and use the other for fodder.

+Atk -HP is better. Periodtttt. With an Atk boon, he gets 4 extra points of Atk, putting him at 60 points of atk at base.

+atk -hp is his best IVs, even better than -spd, with -spd you risk that your enemy breaks throught your Thunder armards with skills like bold fighter or slow units with axebreaker

Oh, whoops; I was looking at IV bane versus boon (instead of bane vesus neutral, which I should have been looking at). I am officially a silly goose, LOL. Thanks guys! Okay, only -3hp from base, which ain't bad :).

Otherwise I see several votes for using neutral is skill fodder, so I think I'll probably do too. Thanks a bunch, guys!!!!
