-Atk +HP Surtr still worth using?

So I got a -Atk +HP Surtr after 100+ orbs, is he still worth using or should I just fodder him for his A?

I mean... You spent over 100 Orbs for this man. At least attempt to use him before throwing him to the wayside (if using him was your original intention).
