+ATK -HP or +SPD -RES B!Lucina?

Was able to get a second B!Lucina on the new banner trying to summon for Ishtar. Which IV spread is better?

If you want her to be a lead offensive unit then go for the plus attack. If you want her to be more a support/offensive go for the plus speed.

I would go for the Plus speed to avoid doubles from many units and if she has more speed she might survive a faster, weaker red mage/blue mage

B!Lucina is a well known abbreviated form.
