+Atk -HP Nowi usable?

Title says it all. Thanks! I'm hoping to run a double dragon team but don't know if it's worthwhile upgrading her to 5 star.

Definitely, attack + nature works really well with both the quick riposte and vantage builds as it makes her ohko more efficiently. Nowi has a really good HP pool regardless of the - HP, still, if you find it too much, its easily counteracted now with the +3 HP seal.
