hi! so i just pulled a -atk hector and i was wondering if he’s still worth using or if i should possibly fodder him off.

Keep him! He is still in the highest tier and will be for a long time. Very rare to even get despite an 8% banner. And HP+ is good in my opinion for overall defense/resistance bulk. He’ll one-turn any most foe encounters with vengeful fighter anyways, so his attack is high enough to compensate. I’d say super bane Res-/Sp+ or Atk-/Sp+ are the worst IVs. Legendary Hector overall is an absolute tank!
My first Hector was +Spd -Atk so I'm probs gonna scrap him since I was able to get a +HP -Res one after. And since I doubt that I'll be doing a +10 merge of him I'm just gonna use him for his vengeful fighter or distant counter skill to give to somebody, although not sure who to give it to yet. But if that's the only one you got keep him he is still strong enough with -Atk.
