-atk +hp cordelia or valter

i have a 5 star cordelia the i got from the second starter support hero fest but she is -atk and i have give her skills like fury 3, desperation 3, and fortity fliers, but i have a valter a want to 5 star, should i keep cordelia or give her skills to valt

Keep the Cordelia incase you get another one with better IVs to merge. You can give Valter all those skills from other 4 star units without giving up the Cordelia. The only reason to fodder the Cordelia would be to give another unit Galeforce.

i just got a +atk -res 3 star cordelia i think i would give her the -atk cordelia inherited skills because i really dont have any 4 or 3 stars units with useful skills for cordelia
