Is a -atk +Hp Bride Cordelia Usable

I have a -atk + hp bride cordelia and Im wondering if it would still be usable if I added the standard life and death 3, brave bow+, desperation, and ardent sacrifice.

I have the same and she is amazing even with the bad IV. With the atk +1 seal she kills a lot and gets some quads. I kept her rally tho.
