Is a -ATK Dorcas Worth the Investment?

I was trying to pull for a NY!Azura but was pity broken by a +HP and -ATK Dorcas. While this is the first Dorcas I pulled and I know that he is one of the best green units, the -ATK definitely hurts and he ruined my pity percentage. T.T

Anyway, I'm debating whether to build him up anyway or fodder him off for Infantry Pulse (still kinda salty about this) and would appreciate some feedback.

you should keep his since he is an enemy phase unit and his A slot skill works in enemy phase so i say you should keep him

Definitely. My Dorcas has the same IV, and he's still awesome. It's not a bad bane, TBH, because no bane on def, res, or hp means he is a better tank, so his real main threats are hard-hitting red units.
