Is a +atk/-def Myrrh usable?

Yes.

Pretty much usable since she relayed on her def to avoid double and with a def -4 bane, she lost most of her strength

I have the same Myrrh. I've given her vantage 3, guidance seal and support with another dragon with fortify dragon like Kana.
