+ Atk - Def Laevatein

I pulled two Laevateins today: one was +atk -def, the other was +res -hp. Needless to say I'm using the +atk one. However, I really want her to be able to keep her bulk somewhat. Should I just leave her now mediocre defense alone, or would adding a seal help her along? Thanks!

You could use a Close Def seal, or just Defense +3. Just cover up her weakness on Enemy Phase and you'll be all right.

Unless you want to use her to constantly Spank Bector Hard you don't really need +Atk on her (I have a +Atk, -HP), of course I pair her with Helbindi for that easy +16.
Point being if you really want her bulk I would actually suggest trying out the +Res-HP one as well (her base kit is pretty good, so you wouldn't need to inherit anything right away), after trying them both you can better judge which one you like more.

Edit: of course if you already merged them or foddered her off that doesn't matter.

Well as I said I pair her with Helbindi so that extra attack I have has always been overkill, making it unnecessary for even OHKO's (or ORKO's for Bector).

That is pretty cool, but there's no such thing as overkill when you're trying to OHKO. With that much attack, she can kill pretty much anything, and just a few extra points of Atk would allow her to almost completely ignore the weapon triangle.

Well the OP was wanting more bulk and that 3 attack can just as easily be patched up with a seal as well (or even the upcoming Brazen Atk/Res seal since Fury will help bring her into range, especially with reduced HP) gaining even greater attack.

You could go with Brazen ATK/DEF 3. My Laevatein is +SPD -ATK and that is what I gave her.

Buff her def because you want more bulk and because it helps her damage. Consider brazen atk/def, and consider vantage.

I have this exact IV and I personally use darting blow + desperation because she probably can't take enough hits to get through bonus unit soloing, but I might very well change at some point, especially once she ceases to be a bonus unit.
