Or simply embrace that she's not meant to tank physical hits; you've got three other members on the team to do that job. Build her as a dedicated mage tank and enemy debuffer.
Play to her strengths, rather than trying to patch up her weaknesses.
I'd refine her tome for Res to improve her ploy application, and equip a second ploy seal. Keep Mirror Stance if you want to play her as an enemy phase tank, or give her Death Blow for a player phase unit.
Else run Fury for more of a mixed-phase play style.
When it's not viable to bring her into combat, you can position her behind your front line as support to apply her ploys.
