I just upgraded my A!Tiki (+Res -Spd) and gave her Breath of Fog. Do you think it's worth giving her Warding Breath so that she can take on Nowi on Enemy Phase? I couldn't find a damage calculator that has BoF on it.
I wouldn't expect A.Tiki to win. She can't double, and I don't think she can OHKO. 31 res is respectable, but Nowi will probably be over 55 with weapon triangle advantage so Tiki won't survive the double. This is just off the top of my head

Neutral Nowi gets 46 attack with a refined Lightning Breath+, color advantage brings that to an effective 55. Adult Tiki with +Res and Warding Breath has 31 resistance. 24 damage per hit will still kill you if Nowi doubles, which she will unless she has a speed bane and no buffs.
On the other side, your Tiki has 51 attack with Breath of Fog equipped, which ends up at 61 after weapon effectiveness and triangle. That won't kill even -Res Nowi.
You're probably better off just having an ally deal with Nowi. That said, Warding Breath can still be good if Tiki has to counter mages and non-Nowi dragons a lot.
Buffs, debuffs, merges, defensive terrain, etc. can swing this matchup, but it's still risky to go for it, since it's situational and Tiki will take a lot of damage even if she wins. You can still try this build, but it would probably be best to add a teammate that can reliably beat Nowi.
Warding Breath is still good against other dragons, Distant Counter and Steady Breath are great if you have them. For a more budget friendly option, you can get Brazen Atk/Def or Fury from 4* units.
